In your opinion, what is the improbable common point between the strength of railway sleepers, the performance of certain agricultural tools and these new clarinet models? Well these three applications, having a priori no connection between them, all benefit from the incredible properties offered by mopane wood from southern Africa. As dense as Mozambique ebony – from 1000 to 1300 kg/m3 – mopane presents warm tones of medium brown to reddish brown which harmonize wonderfully with the sparkling appearance of the silver or nickel-plated keys of our wonderful musical instruments.
